We try to make sure we give customers plenty of time to use our vouchers and we're sorry you were not able to use yours before the expiry date but we're unable to replace them. We send you reminders via email a week before they expire, another one a day before they expire and when they expire.
The vouchers we issue carry an expiry date so we can plan our stock levels and future offers. We do hope you're not too disappointed and are able to take advantage of other vouchers in future.
