Return and Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return an undamaged product up to 14 days after receiving your order. You can do this by contacting us at: info.@Chaaban.org or via one of our social media channels. We will do our best to arrange a return and refund. All we require is that items returned be in resalable condition, and in their original packaging.

If the product is sealed, please do not remove the packaging until you are sure you will keep this product. When we return the product from you, we will refund your money within 14 working days.

If there are any damaged items in your delivery that you are not satisfied with, unless there is something wrong with the item, unfortunately we cannot offer returns of any if you change your mind after the item has been sent.

If you discover an error in any product in your order, such as damage or non-compliance, please email us at info.@Chaaban.org or through one of our social media channels with your order number and a brief description of what the problem is, we will be happy to discuss the issue with you and guarantee your complete satisfaction.

Since we do not offer exchanges, you are welcome to re-order any returned product (subject to stock availability) when you shop from ChaabanStores again.
