Account Deletion Policy – ChaabanStores Platform

At ChaabanStores, we are committed to maintaining a transparent and secure environment for both users and merchants. Therefore, we outline our account deletion policy as follows:

1. Requesting Account Deletion

  • Any user or merchant may request to delete their account by contacting our support team or by submitting a deletion request through the platform's designated form.

  • Account deletion requests are subject to review and approval by platform administrators and will only be processed after receiving official approval.

2. Accounts That Cannot Be Deleted

  • Accounts with outstanding financial obligations to the platform or to other users—such as unpaid commissions, subscriptions, or sales transactions—cannot be deleted.

  • If there are any open financial disputes or legal issues, the account will be temporarily frozen until all matters are resolved, and deletion will not be permitted during this period.

3. Administrative Approval

  • Each deletion request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. ChaabanStores' management reserves the full right to accept or reject any deletion request as deemed necessary to protect the rights of the platform and its users.

  • Upon approval, account data will be securely deleted, while keeping a record of past transactions for legal documentation purposes.

4. User Notification

  • The user will be notified of the status of their deletion request (approved or rejected) within 7 business days of submission.
