Using the trademark in a way that is not within the scope of the trademark registration, for example, in a different region, or for a different class of goods or services not specified in the registration; And also

Who can report violations of this policy?
ChaabanStores only investigates requests submitted by the trademark owner or his authorized representative, for example, a legal or other representative of the trademark.
How can I report violations of this policy?
You can submit a trademark report through our trademark report form. Please provide all information requested in the form. If you submit an incomplete report, we will need to follow up on the missing information. It should be noted that this will cause a delay in processing your report.
Note: We may provide the account holder with your name and other information from the copy of the report.
What happens if I violate this policy?
If we determine that you have violated our Trademark Policy, we may disable your account. Depending on the type of violation, we may give you an opportunity to comply with our policies. In other cases, the account may be permanently suspended upon the first review. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, you can submit an appeal
