ChaabanStores offers free delivery to our valued customers across the Lebanese Republic for any order valued at 100$
 At least.

If your order is less than 100$ then the shipping fee is only 2$ regardless of the shipping address within the mainland of the Republic of Lebanon. Shipping fees will be collected upon purchase and this price will be the final price of the shipping cost.

In normal cases, orders made in 24 business hours before 11 am (Lebanon time) on the same day, otherwise, within the next business day. Average delivery time varies depending on the shipping destination. Generally, orders are delivered to mainland Lebanon within 24 working hours from the date of shipment, unless otherwise noted.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with the exception of certain holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

Incomplete deliveries

We use courier service for most of our dispatches, most carriers will attempt to deliver orders and, if unsuccessful, will hold the merchandise at your nearest warehouse for collection, or re-delivery (re-delivery fees may apply). If you do not collect your order within 7 days, the merchandise will be returned to us at a cost that we regret that you will bear.
