Prohibited content
Counterfeit goods

Prohibited practices
Misuse of the advertising network
We want ads to be useful, diverse, relevant and safe for users when served across the ChaabanStores network and we do not allow advertisers for ads, content or destinations that attempt to deceive or circumvent ad review processes.
Examples of ad network abuse: promoting malware-laden content, “cloaking” or using other methods to hide where users are being directed, “jamming” or promoting entities whose sole or primary purpose is to display ads; Acting as a “bridge” or “gateway” specifically designed to divert users elsewhere, or advertising with the sole or primary intent of gaining recommendations across public social networks from the user, or “manipulating” or exploiting settings in an attempt to circumvent systems
Misleading description
We aim to increase users' trust in the ads displayed on our platform, so we strive to ensure that ads are clear, fair, and provide the information users need to make informed decisions. We do not allow ads or destinations that deceive users by omitting relevant product information or providing misleading information about products, services, or businesses.
Examples of misleading description: omitting or concealing billing details, such as the nature of fees to be charged to users, and how and when fees will be charged; omit or hide charges associated with financial services, such as interest rates, fees, and penalties; failure to display tax number or license numbers, contact information, and physical address when such information is relevant; Providing offers that cannot be implemented in reality; make misleading claims regarding weight loss or financial gain; fundraising under false pretenses; and “phishing,” or falsely claiming that an advertiser is a reputable company to encourage users to leave valuable personal or financial information.
Blocked content and features
The policies below address content that is accurate, culturally or legally sensitive. Online advertising is an effective way to reach customers, but in some sensitive cases, we strive to avoid displaying these ads where they may be inappropriate.
For this reason, we allow the promotion of the content listed below, but within certain limits. These promotions may not show to every user everywhere, and advertisers may be required to meet additional conditions before their ads are eligible to show. Adult content
Ads must respect user preferences and comply with legal regulations; So we don't allow certain types of adult content in ads and destinations. Some adult-oriented ad types and destinations are permitted if they adhere to the policies below and do not target minors, but will only appear in limited scenarios based on the user's search queries, the user's age, and the local laws of the locations where the ad is being served.
Examples of conditional adult content: striptease nightclubs, adult movie theaters, sex toys, adult magazines, sexual enhancement products, gender mediation sites, and models in provocative poses
Alcohol
We adhere to local alcohol laws and industry standards; So we don't allow certain types of alcohol-related advertising, whether for alcohol or drinks that look like alcohol. Some types of alcohol-related advertising are permitted if they comply with the policies below, do not target minors, and only target countries where alcohol advertising is explicitly permitted.
Examples of conditional alcoholic beverages: beer, wine, sake, spirits or concentrated spirits, champagne, fortified wine, non-alcoholic beer, non-alcoholic wine, and distilled spirits
Copyrights
We comply with local copyright laws and protect the rights of copyright holders; So we don't allow unauthorized advertising using copyrighted content. If you are legally authorized to use copyrighted content, then you can apply for credit to serve ads. If you see unauthorized content, submit a copyright complaint
Gambling and games
We support responsible gambling advertising and adhere to local gambling laws and industry standards; Therefore, we do not allow certain types of gambling-related advertising. Gambling-related ads are permitted if they adhere to the policies below and the advertiser has been properly accredited by ChaabanStores Ads Gambling ads must target approved countries, contain a landing page displaying information about responsible gambling, and never target minors. Check the local regulations for the geographic areas you want to target
Examples of modal content related to gambling: physical casinos, websites where users can bet on poker, bingo, roulette or sporting events, national or private lotteries, sports preference survey websites, websites offering bonus codes or website promotions For gambling, online educational materials for casino games, websites offering “poker for fun” games, and websites for non-casino based cash games
Health care and medicines
We make sure to follow healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising regulations; We expect ads and destinations to follow relevant laws and industry standards. Some healthcare-related content may not be advertised at all, while other types of content may only be advertised if the advertiser is approved by ChaabanStores and only targets approved countries. Check the local regulations for the geographic areas you want to target
Political content
We expect all political ads and destinations to comply with local election and political campaign laws for any geographic area to which the ads are targeted, and this policy includes legally mandated election “silence periods.”
Examples of political content: promotional campaigns for political parties or candidates, and advocacy for political causes
Financial services
We seek to provide users with sufficient information to help them make informed financial decisions. Our policies are designed to provide users with information to calculate the costs associated with financial products and services and to protect users from harmful or deceptive practices. Trademarks
There are multiple factors that determine when trademarks can be used in advertising. Along with the factors described in the Policy Center, these policies only apply if the trademark owner submits a valid complaint to Libon Post
Legal requirements
You must always ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as Libon Post's advertising policies, for all sites where your ads are displayed.
Other conditional business activities
Certain types of businesses are blocked from advertising with us to prevent exploitation of users, even if certain individual businesses appear to comply with our other policies. Based on our ongoing reviews and feedback from users, regulators and consumer advocates, we occasionally determine which products or services are most vulnerable to abuse. If we determine that certain types of businesses pose an unreasonable risk to user safety or user experience, we may block or stop showing the relevant ads.

There are many factors that determine access to advanced ad formats and features in ChaabanStores Ads. Some ad formats are not available to all advertisers until they meet our specific requirements or complete the approval process.

Editing
Out of our desire to provide a great user experience, ChaabanStores requires that all ads, extensions and destinations meet high-level professional and editorial standards. Only allow ads that are clear, professional in appearance, and lead users to useful, relevant content that is easy to engage with
Examples of promotional advertisements that do not adhere to these editorial and professional requirements
Ads that are too general and contain vague phrases, such as “Buy products here”
Odd use of words, numbers, letters, and symbols, such as “FREE,” “free,” and “F₹€€!!”
Destination requirements
