You can cancel your order after it was placed only if it hasn't been processed. To check the status of your order, please visit 'My Account" page and click on 'My Orders' and look for your order status.
Status Examples:
Order Received -> You can cancel your order
Order Under Preparation -> You can not cancel your order
Order Processed -> You can not cancel your order
Order Delivered -> You can not cancel your order
